The single-language subscription gives your recipient access to one language of their choice.

The multi-language subscription gives them access to all of our 14 languages:
Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, (Brazilian) Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish.

If you haven't received an email within 15 minutes, please check the following options:

1. That the email hasn't accidentally landed in your spam folder
2. That the email has gone to the correct inbox

- If you paid by card, the email will have been sent to the email address you entered when you made your purchase.

- If you chose the express option via PayPal, the email will have been sent to the email address to which your PayPal account is linked.

Still nothing? Get in touch with our customer success team at support@babbel.com. Just let us know which email address you used and we'll resend your gift code to you.

You'll receive the gift code via email, which you can easily forward to your recipient or print it out to give in person.

No, these do not auto-renew – you'll be making a one-time payment and access to the courses will expire automatically after the specified period of time.

Your recipient's access to the courses opens after redeeming the Babbel voucher code. That means you can buy well in advance without worrying about the recipient losing any time spent on their language learning.

3. Check that the selected language is correct.
4. Enter your code, then click on ‘Redeem now’.

You've accidentally selected the wrong language? No problem! Just send a quick email to support@babbel.com and we'll sort that out for you.

If your gift code isn't being accepted, there are a couple things you could double check:

1. If your code includes capital letters, it’s important to type them in that way.
2. If you're copy-pasting the code, make sure you haven't accidentally included a space at the beginning or end.
