I didn't receive the gift code I bought. What do I do?
If you haven't received an email within 15 minutes, please check the following options:
1. That the email hasn't accidentally landed in your spam folder
2. That the email has gone to the correct inbox
- If you paid by card, the email will have been sent to the email address you entered when you made your purchase.
- If you chose the express option via PayPal, the email will have been sent to the email address to which your PayPal account is linked.
Still nothing? Get in touch with our customer success team at support@babbel.com. Just let us know which email address you used and we'll resend your gift code to you.
